So as I am here at home I am collecting as many old photos as possible… I’ve been staring at these old pictures of my parents for so long. It’s so crazy seeing pictures of them so young. I think I’ve figured out which features I inherited from which parent.

Bone structure: Mother

Skin tone: Mother

Massive forehead: Father

Wavy unruly hair: Father

Eyebrows: Father

Now here are the ones I got stuck on..

Mouth I’m guessing is more of my my dad’s, or maybe a grandparent on my dad’s side. (I really want to collect pictures from my dad’s side, but I’m doubtful of how successful I’ll really be.)

Nose: My nose doesn’t look like my mom’s..kind of like a more petite version of my dad’s but his nose has more of a defined bridge as mine. At least it seems like it. Speaking of my flat nose!! (lol) When I was little my dad would pinch it and as I would whine he would tell me he was trying to make it pointier.

And eyes…definitely do not have my mom’s eyes.  Maybe my dad’s again? I’m looking at my grandmother’s picture more closely, but the shape isn’t quite the same.

This has been really fun. My next task is scanning in my baby pictures!
