So happy to come home to some warm tambo tambo! It’s Ilocano for this dessert where there are sweet yams, tapioca, and rice flour dumplings in this coconut milk stew~! I think in Tagalog it is called ginataan bilo bilo. Ahh I wish I were home to watch how it’s made so I could cook it for myself too.
